What a match last night. Unfortunately for those not able to attend, the score line does not do justice to the match.
From the start Karim and Funnell seemed to be on a mission as to who could hit the hardest shot on target. Gary probably won on the hardest shot but Karim on creating chances from sheer abilty and work rate.
Had it not been for the Wimborne goalkeeper, Poole could have been comfortable by half time. Wimborne came more into the game in the second half with some rugged tackling. One central defender sent off and another lucky to receive just a yellow, sums up the amount of pressure the Poole foward line applied.

surely though with that amount of pressure and chances we should of scored, the same occured at Brading. its ok saying unlucky lads and their keeper played well but winning games boils down to converting chances. Surely something has to change??
