Hi lads!!! Good game yesterday!? Looking forward too tuesday! Why the anger towards keogh? He is one of the nice guys at Andover!!!! I cant believe your keeper stayed on the pitch that was a straight red! The guy you did have sent off though was a bit harsh! Too be honest i think the ref came very close too losing control of that game, why these refs wont just let games flow i will never know? It was stop start the whole game! Good to see a good following for a change well done and congrats too all who have pulled Poole town back up again! Having followed Andover since our walled meadow days i can remember our trips too Poole with fondness, and working in Poole i have a good link with it! BUT thats where it stops! So look forward too see you on tuesday for the first leg as we all get together and cheer on another LIONS VICTORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;D

The "Bad Breaks" is an awful pun on Pool(e) and the full report will appear on the Andover website later - it has to have an Andover slant but credit where credit due and it was a worthy point for yourselves. I too remember watching Poole at the stadium and it is credit to all that the Club has kept going and has at last been rewarded with a base. The one bad break is the view that the penalty against Sam Rea seemed from my vantage point to be ball to hand rather than hand to ball but referees give it as they see it. If Mark Keogh was "guilty" of winding up the opposition fans Mr Phillips is not too bad at it either !
Nice to see another Club that has away supporters - see you all again on Tuesday

Lion King / Denzil - thanks for your messages and appreciation. The Pool(e) pun went well over my head I'm afraid.
I should explain that the banter with Mark Keogh has a bit of history behind it.
New Street played Poole Town in a Hants League Cup Semi-Final a few seasons ago. There had been a few partisan anti-New Street comments on our website before the match, and, when New Street came from 2-0 down to win 3-2, Mark, rather than celebrate with the rest of his team mates, ran the length of the pitch to shout the "stick that on your ..... website" comment at the Poole supporters. One of the better wind-ups I've heard from an opposition player actually, but once he repeated the charge down the pitch after one of your goals yesterday, he was bound to get some stick. Actually, I like players that play with a bit of passion and are prepared to give and take a bit of banter with supporters.
Unfortunately I'll not be there on Tuesday as I'm working away in Scotland - hope it's another exciting game for all supporters.
