Mike, Hello it's Steve Kirk. I honestly don't have an opinion if anon is a parent or not. I was merely making a general point regarding developing young players and Managing a side, I quote: "The problem with developing young players is you have overbearing parents who want the best for 'billy and johnny' unfortunately as with parenting you too can and will be wrong"
Just to answer 'ahole anon' I wouldn't patronise Kevin by providing sympathy? You can see how big and ugly he is, he's way beyond sympathy, give him a big hug next time you see him and make up eh?

Leave the manager and the players alone. I was just one of those days that every team has, when whatever you do just goes against you! The week after we beat you we got dumped 4 nil by chickerell in the cup, and it was the same for us. Our success has been built on the basis of strong attitude and will to win. This comes from getting stuffed a couple of times last year and it hurts when it happens. We had two fantastic games last year which were both played in the right spirit between two even teams, and sure the second game at your place this season will be a tight affair. Best of luck
