Wow what a game last night, maybe the quality was not as high as the 1st team, but exciting or what, 3-2 to our boys, after being 2-0 down. I thought all of them played there part, and up front young Bayston (he seems to play every posistion) and Chivers ran the Merthyr defence ragged, all game, young Byrom was a true Captain and Nisbit strong in the air the decent sized crowd enjoyed a great game well done, KJ and martin, I will be back for the next game, anyone know when it is?, good also to see TK and a couple of 1st team players there. A bloody good nights entertainment

What a match. There was not a lot of quality out there last night, although flashes of young sturgess at times, but how exciting. The defense was solid with young Byron a solid leader. That sub that came on to replace Maynard had an outstanding match. Battling in the midfield was top class, our number 8 was lacking composure but he won everything. The two up front looked dangerous every time the ball came near them. Blistering pace from young Chivers and great muscle from Bayston. Can't wait for the next round!!! ;)
