Great 2nd half performance yesterday, 3 goals in 10 minutes. the pick of them being Browner's 2nd. Classic route 1, a huge punt from Spills, a nod on from Tomsy & a great finish from Browner( do your best to keep him TK !) Also another classic free-kick from "the angry little man" Gazza. £600 for qualifying, Wembley here we come !

Let no one underestimate Bideford they are a good side currently in second place in a tough Western Premier League you will have to play above yourself to win this one, but good luck anyway from a Hammer's fan. I genuinely hope you have better luck than we had on Saturday

Thought you might like to see this. A “neutral” whom I used to work with who now lives in the Bath area, came to watch the Larkhall game – he seemed impressed;
Tony, Will definitely be watching PTFC again judging by the footy they played, I am busy for the Bideford game but as you say...see you at the Final!! Gareth.
If PTFC can stay consistent, they will soon be building a reputation for the brand of football they play – nice to see this type feedback.

Tony,
Again, thanks for the post. It's encouraging to see such feedback.
Only thing I'd add was that I didn't think we played particularly well at all last Saturday. Enough to win for sure but we can certainly play much better than that!
Regards,
Steve

Hi Steve,
I tend to agree with you. We did raise our game 2nd half, enough to get the job done - but yea you're right. Still, nice to be able to talk like this after sticking in 4 !!
I guess you could say this about any side (and it's every managers dream) but if we could consistently put together some of the passages of play we have seen over the season to date(VT, Portland, Moneyfields, Fareham, Newbury, Totton, and yes Thatcham) it would seem to indicate there is the nucleus of a very good side here - confidence and consistency being the key to at least consolidate this year.
Here's to a good result against Brading.
All the best, Tony W.
