Congrats to Carl and Paul, it is an honour to play for your County, further evidence of the potential these youngsters have and well done TK for giving them the opportunity to play when with the crippling injury list and suspensions we currently have, we could have done without them both missing, how does the other message relating that they both would be starting on Sat for the 1st, how does he know TKs team?

Bad luck guys. It was always going to be a hard game against Thatcham, let alone with so many players unavailable and then down to 10 men. Did yourselves proud with the effort you put in!

Totally agree with the last posting. Your boys definitely huffed and puffed and played their part. Your match report seems rather biased though. Like I said Poole worked very hard but Thatcham were the more dangerous side and despite Poole going down to ten men Thatcham looked the more dangerous side. Anyway very good side and definitely great support all the best for this season.

Wow - great match report! Sounds like Poole really had us on the rack! ;D Seriously - good effort by Poole, despite being hit by injuries and stuff. Well taken consolation goal. I had to feel a bit of sympthy for the player sent off - it was really a reflex to stop the ball like that, but there you go - looking forward to the game in Poole - good luck for the rest of the season
