Today sees the resereve take on DSL leaders Hamworthy Res at Tatnam Farm, team manager Kevin Jackson returns to take over from Rob Bayston after his spell in hospital with the help of Martin Dobbs and Mark Thomas.
Kick Off is 3.pm
Team From:
Paul Spillane, Bradley Asagba, Marc Jackson, Jonny Byrom, Paul Fisher, Sam Dobbs, Ryan Woolfenond, Lee Manning, Chris Snell, Dave Linton,Joe Collins, Mark Wells, Adam Town, Alvin Gunputh, Lee Mitchener, Mark Thomas, Dan Martin. Meey 2.pm
KJ will be hoping history may repeat itself when high flying Hamworthy played a preseason friendly when the Poole found themselves 3-nil down in ten minutes from the start to eventually winning 4-3 on the day, Ryan Woolfenden scoring the winning goal.
KJ is hoping Ryan will be his lucky charm today, KJ has stated when they were at AFC Bournemouth together "Ryan would turn a game in an intant and usually scored the winner...he reminds me of Letiz, always look forward to seeing him play.''

2-2 today but I suspect it is two points dropped 2-0 up after 20 Min and having all the play, then down to 10 men when spills is sent off, despite not being the last man and no sub GK on the bench Marc Jackson taking over, did ok actually, hey ho, it still was a good result, any truth in the rumour young Webb wants to go back to HUFC? I hope not he looked a good player, and after today is he really bettering himself, or is the management at HUFC up to there old tricks again in filling youngsters heads with pipe dreams? time will tell.

Thought Marc Jackson did better than OK. Could have been a big defeat if he hadn't pulled off some cracking saves

Have to agree the reserves played very well and and I think that if we'd had all 11 players on the pitch that we would have won the game. They never stopped trying to play fotball in what became difficult conditions. Good to see Ryan and Lee Manning playing full games as we will be needing them after Xmas.
