On current form why not? Especially as we will soon have Charlie back.
Has any team at this sort of level ever got through a season winning all their games? Could Poole get the best ever record?

A quick check of all Non league football at step 5 and below we have the best record of ALL the teams and are the nationally Top scorers, ( although I think VT may have just over taken us this week by 1 goal,) but it puts in to perspective how well TK Cussy and the team have done. We will also be the first team to gain 100 points in the season if this form keeps up, and I suggest first to 100 goals, no wonder I am so low down the prediction league!!!!!

Superb record to date.
Likelihood of first to 100 goals - great stuff.
However, our defensive record isn’t too shabby either ;
At step 5, only 6 teams have conceded less.
1 by 7 goals fewer
1x 5
2 x 2
2 x 1
So far, well done to all – but we’ve won nowt yet. Feet firmly on the ground lads, work hard and keep going.

Thanks for that guys very interesting assembly of facts.
Of course the objective is to finish top and secure promotion. However, I think there will come a point when records will be the motivation. I just wanted to establish what record is within reach.

This did cross my mind a while back but I decided not to think about it and tempt fate. I am just quietly taking one match at a time although I feel we've just gone through a difficult cluster of games. COYD!

yes,we are all keeping fingers and other parts crossed...to digress slightly and i may have brought this up before why not offer 1 pound off the admission price for the Wimborne game to anyone producing a 2008-2009 AFCB ticket..word could be spread by the Echo(plenty of unhappy AFCB campers`on that site),the net or leaflet,and hopefully they will see the type of game that will bring 'em back !! UP THE TOWN!!!
