I came across some classic football moments. Interested to see what opinions you have on some great goals. Thought this is a good one to start with but I am biased.

Working nights and getting home in the early hours I sometimes stumble across Argentine football. One of my favourite goal scorers is Martin ' El Loco' Palermo. of Boca Juniors. IMO, what makes this goal all the more incredible is the instinct shot from the moment he wins the ball.

Some more Palermo crackers. Second goal running from deep behind the back of the defence to find space and deft chip the keeper. Fourth goal, quality overhead kick. Fifth goal, sheer physical presence and never give up attitude, as with others. He's a bit of a drama queen ;D
Sorry about the quality.

No Youtube at work :-( One of the best goals i ever saw was scored by Jason Rowbotham for Argyle. He was a complete donkey and played because his brother was mates with the manager, but he was out on the byline at about 40 Yards and chipped the keeper. Didn't see things like that normally in Division Four (League Two)

I have always thought this was the best from Best.

Staying close to home! My favourite classic goal of all time was scored by Mark Baber for the 'Town' with a lob from the halfway line of all places! It was in the late eighties-early nineties does anybody remember it?

I don't remeber that one steve47 but I saw Bobby Barker score a corker for the Town in the 60s!

This might not be the greatest but surely the most memorable.
