A little message to any of the players who read the message board.
I thought the TEAM performance today was outstanding. The best all round display I've seen in a long time. If we can keep this run going, things are really looking up.
If hadn't been for the tremendous goal keeping display by their keeper it could have been a rout.
Just in case you were wondering Aaron ........when you were flagged for offside towards the end of the game , you may have been offside but your arse was 2 yards on ......................only kidding ! !
Great game lads .......keep it up

What a fantastic performance today, the best Poole have played all season. It could easily have been double figures, and Lee Mitchener could have been excused for falling asleep as he didnt have a single shot to save and prob only had to touch the ball twice.
Once again Carl had a great game and the opposition just didnt know how to handle him and resorted to kicking lumps out of him. Aaron is also getting fitter all the time, played well and deserved his goal, Im sure we,ll soon see the best from him.
However the whole team were superb and Shaftesbury were completely outplayed. Well done lads!!

I'd like to add my congratulations to the lads for today's performance and the second half against Blackfield. It was a pleasure to watch. If my memory serves me right Shaftesbury did have one shot - in the 87th minute!

I'll join the love-in.
Seriously, performances like that are what keeps me doing the round trip from Surrey (and the excellent company on the touchline, of course - you know who you are, even those that nick my gags).
Thanks to all involved, players and management.

Oh boy what a game today & the best that all the boys have played all season, pity that after playing so well that we still cannot seem to attract any more people/fans through the gate. what more can the town do to attract more people to come & watch their local team & yes the bigger of the 2 teams in poole! The hardcore fans of the town are the most loyal around & i am sure that through thick & thin they will still turn up wk in wk out to support a team who after all these yrs seem at last to be heading in the right direction. yes we have all heard the talk of a new stand & small bar etc which should be of great benifit for the club & when the town go up this season it will be nice to get one over on pikey at hamworthy when we show them how to play proper footie next season & if we can keep hold of the current crop of players i am sure that it will be the case. well done boys on your fine win over the farmers on set, keep it up for the rest of the season.

I have watched both of the last games and i feel that Aaron Turner and Carl Chivers have the prospect, i feel to be a very good partnership upfront. the little and tall combination working well.
Good times a head and lots of goals in store!
