Very briefly.........
Steve SMith and Leigh Phillips started up front in place of Brown and Austin.
First half was terrible from Poole on bumpy slopey pitch. No excuse - we were still bad.
Steve Smith raced away and tucked in first on 4 minutes. 44 mins -Hubbard corner headed home by Taffy. HT 0-2 55 Bailey-Pearce corner headed by Dibba - headed over line by Steve Smith 81 Hubbard corner to back post - substitute Dave Sturgess thumped home great volley.
Harvell made 2 or 3 superb saves in first half - he was excellent. Second half was much better then first.
Full report to follow.
Cheers,
Steve

Just a brief report me ol'mate. I'm just getting over the effects of Flu which has left me with a bit of a headache, so I can't look at the screen too long.
Billy was back in team on the left, Charlie was out injured and Stuart Brown was not present so the front two started with Smithy and Leigh Phillips.
Poole played up hill for the first half. Smithy scored in the 4th minute after a mix up in their defence which left him netting with a one on one with the keeper 0-1.
Jase pulled off a good save later on to keep them out and overall I thought our play was a bit scrappy. An excellent corner taken by Hubbard was met by Taff's head for 2-0. Poore was carrying an injury and went off during the break to be replaced by Sturgess. Lamin added a third from a corner with a header on 54 mins, the ball was over the line but Smithy helped it touch the back of the net for 3-0.
Then we seemed to click and there were spells of good football that we saw early on in the season with the ball being played around. The mind boggles how many we could have scored if we had played at our best. Sturgess added a fourth later in the half with a powerful volley from 6 yards out after another excellent cross from a free kick by Hubbard, when Swann was brought down.
Another excellent following of Poole supporters, with some new faces, who made up around 80-90% of the crowd. Well done everyone. COYD.

;DThat's a bloody big bag for a pork pie
Just have to say I got lost today, ended up on completely the other side of Salisbury, reckon I entered the postcode wrong on the satnav
Then I asked some nice lady in the car park of a shop where it was and she directed me to the village hall, could I find it, nope I couldn't, then I asked some kind old gent who explained I was the second person to ask in the last five minutes. He got it spot on
Anyhow found it in the end, the entrance to the ground was directly across the road from the shop where I asked the nice lady who said she went past it nearly every day. Strange
Thinking about getting a Map Nav now

;DI've just thought of two plus points from my little trip today apart from the result
1. Their club house is pretty neat, we could do with something like that
2. The view from behind the far goal at the bottom of the slope to the hills above the club house were pretty picturesque, we won't ever have anything like that

Strange Thinking about getting a Map Nav now I think the woman doing my sat nave must have been the twin sister of your sat nav!!! We ended up in the centre of Salisbury being told to 'Turn Left', then 'Turn Left, then 'Turn Left and finally 'Turn Left'. One big circle. We asked an oldish guy (obviously not the same one as you) and he had less of an idea than the Sat Nav. Then drove past the lane opposite the chinese before having to turn round............... just about made kick-off.

Good that we can switch strikers and still get the goals. Not bad report for the Echo. But when you read other reports, you'd think somebody else was top and had won every game!!

Never mind Stert your pint will have to wait another week or so untill you can escape ;D, why don't you say to your wife, "honey I will give you a break and take our litle girl to football with me and you can have a rest " that might earn you brownie points. Don't worry about the language factor, I tell my kids if they repeat any thing bad they will be put in the rubbish bin along with the rest of the rubbish.
