Who sets the price, the club or the league??
Could we put a percentage on, for a better wage, for a superstar!!!

I would gladly pay an extra pound too get a "classy" player.
We could call it the supporters player. No pressure ;D

Great idea slepe, I would also donate for a star player. Maybe consider also a number of us on this forum sponsoring a player next season ?

I'd seriously consider supporting a supporter sponsored player. Not neanderthal man though!

OK, I'll admit to watching Toronto FC. Crowds of about 20,000 and the fan's favourite is the somewhat ageing Danny Dichio. I do think that with the trading around that we are seeing PTFC REALLY NEED a supporters player. someone our fans love and the opposition get riled at. Can we afford such a player, some one from the higher reaches of Non League Football who could be persuaded to give us a couple of good seasons and inspire the youngsters on and off the pitch. I'll contribute if it means getting out of the Wessex League. UP THE TOWN
