Trefor's run and shot high into the net v Cowes at home in the league was another cracker.
Rico's goal at Wimborne for obvious reasons.

Mr Smith had a couple of chipped efforts v Brock & Hayling, if I remember, that could be considered.
Rico - away v Wimborne would probably swing it though.

There can only be one winner for 2007/8 goal of the season. Gary Funnell's strike and winning goal against Hamworthy in the FA Vase. Not just a great strike but against a goalkeeper who looked unbeatable on the day, against local rivals and significant in enabling progress in a prestigious FA competition.
