According to the Non League Paper a few weeks ago the Dorchester Chairman is a friend of Harry Redknap (currently Pompey of course) and they live close to one another in Sandbamks. The NLP thought Sandbanks is an affluent area in Bournemouth and said that Harry might help out with the Cherries. I wrote to the NLP, put them right about the location of Sandbanks, and suggested that they both might like to invest in their home town team - Poole.

Dorch and AFCB doesn't make sense because of the distance. Are the supporters of Poole for or against the idea if it ever came up ? Obviously we would want our own ground first but I wonder if a Ground Share with AFCB would be a positive or negative move Best thing that could happen to AFCB is Harry leaves Pompey and takes over at DC.

Negative! Unless it became "Heart of East Dorset FC" - or something like that.
Better still, harry could leave Pompey and take over Poole.
Why DO millionaires rarely seem intersted in small clubs, I suppose they need a club of a size to match their egos!

True, I've always thought taking a small club to success would look better on the millionaire, after all it would take skill, much like whathisname did at Wigan. Come On Local Millionaires Poole needs you
