Last season the Adult season ticket price was £195 (£32.50 of which is VAT), Club got £162.50. Happy to pay this again for next season. £195 is about £9.28 a game. Start adult admission at £10 & if we are doing well increase it back up to the £12. Either way a season ticket will save you money. Also 100 days today until the season starts. When did summer get so short! So dave does that mean if we drop into the bottom 3 we can drop the price to £8???

Midlander, The team have often been criticised for trying to sit on a 1-0 lead and losing it late on. As I saw it against Whitehawk they were going for the second and I would rather fail by trying to win that by trying not to concede.

Graeme, I heard someone mention dropping admission prices and that rarely happens at any club. In my opinion we need to keep the income up if we are to be a serious contender next season. Look at the southern league prices I posted earlier. Only Dorch are significantly lower. As inflation is on the rise, I can see other teams raising their price. So if anyone is worried about the cost, get an earlybird season ticket.

I have looked at the admission prices charged by clubs in the SLPD this season. The majority charge, 15 clubs charge £10, what we charged when last in this league. Another 5 charge either £11 or £12. One club Basingstoke Town charged £15 for admission, the same price as St. Albans City charge for NLS standard football. It will be interesting to see if any them increase prices for next season or keep them the same, as now, with a geographically closer league, hopefully leading to bigger crowds will mean increased income without the need for a price rise.

I expect Basingstoke to charge at least the same as they are paying a full time squad. I believe they have or will very shortly be moving grounds.

dont think that idea would work dave because you could say reduce prices if bad performances hopefully it wont be like last season because fans would have been paying £8 to get in !!

Yes, just an idea that was all. As a season ticket holder I don't mind one or two games a season being offered at reduced admission. This is probably best done at the start of the season when the weather, hopefully is still warm & hopefully this will entice those taking advantage of attending as the weather gets colder & wetter. It is a balance between keeping your long term regulars happy & trying to attract new fans who hopefully will become future long term regulars.
