Steve,
May be this has already been suggested/considered, but would it be quicker/easier to read Threads if they were presented in the opposite order to what they are now?
ie: latest comment appearing at the top of the first page. Readers would then need to "jump to page" to read older comments.
At the moment readers have to "jump pages" to find most recent comments.
Just a thought - although certainly not a major issue to a wonderful website!

Like e-mails you mean tylo. I'm not sure that'd be a good idea if one wants to see how a debate unfolds from the start and especially not for the Match Live Thread - I wouldn't want to read that from the result backwards!!

Yes Brian - you have good point, the "Match Live" Thread wouldn't work the other way round. I was talking to Steve47 last night and he thought my suggestion was worth following up, but he also thought extra General Topic sections could be created (at the moment we just have "Poole Town News & Views" & "Off Topic". For example, a seperate section could be set up for "Match Live", which could be set up to be read chronologically, where other sections could set set up to read lastest comment first.
On the other hand, may be this is all getting too complicated!
