Yes, after months of being one of these people who read the match live threads and never register, I finally have. apologies for not getting round to it earlier but circumstances have now dictated that I do so.
As some of you will have known, my twin brother colin had been battling cancer for the past few months. He was able to come to the games against moneyfields, VTFC, and Alton in a wheelchair and seemed to be doing okay.
Unfortunately his health went downhill rather fast over the past week and a half and he passed away very peacefully just after 5pm on friday may 1st.
He was 42, and had been watching poole regularly for roughly seventeen years.
I will post funeral details as soon as I have them

Paul,
I'm very sorry to have heard the news of your brother and send my condolances to you and your family. In your grief think that he was able to see Poole win the league against VTFC.

Paul, I am very sorry to hear the devastating news about Colin. You were, as has been said, part of the furniture on home matchdays and I trust you will still attend matches and enjoy your Saturdays. On behalf of the Directors and Supporters our heartfelt sympathy and condolences.

thank you all very much. your kind words are appreciated. the funeral is 1.30pm next tuesday but will for various reasons be family members only. any donations to www.dogstrust.org.ukIn better news I of course had to be tested to see if the condition was genetic, but I passed my colonoscopy with flying colours, so I will hopefully be around on matchdays for some time to come
