I'm not sure if whatever company you use, in this case AOL, would have any effect on posting rights on this site ?
Don't mean to cover the obvious but what happens when he registers to join this site ?
Maybe 'stfc' can chip in with advice as well.

I also use AOL, but am able to post...........as you may have noticed! You do have to allow pop-ups. If they are blocked, then allow them for this site.

Or just move from AOL? They were my ISP a few years ago, absolutely terrible service. I've been with Virgin Broadband for a year, and they've been the best ISP i've had.

And I wouldn't touch either with a barge pole benito you have a PM I was not keen on using a Branson company, however his lot came up with the cheapest bundle, tv, phone and broadband. Was with Sky, pretty poor customer service, and don't like giving money to the League of Greed.
