Ok well we have the odd student at our place and I supply them with a PC to use while they are here. How do you stop them downloading or viewing inappropriate web content? This also applies to your little ones to keep them safe online. Also works within your business to stop all your staff logging on to Facebook all day long Log on and set up an account here tinyurl.com/hh7zuWhen you have done that you need to log in to your routers GUI and on the set up page where you enter your username and pass you should have an option to set the DNS usually Obtain DNS information automatically or Manually configure your DNS information Select the second option and set the Primary and Secondary servers to these figures 208.67.222.222 208.67.220.220 You can the begin to configure your block lists on the site

You could make a killing doing work for the MOD. Mind it seems you have to donate generously to the Labour funds and be American for that line of work.

You could make a killing doing work for the MOD. Mind it seems you have to donate generously to the Labour funds and be American for that line of work. I don't mind donating to PTFC funds but Labour I draw the line at. I do make a bit of cash with my PC knowhow but not enough to make a living, besides most of it is just for fun and to increase my own knowledge. Remember the post a while back about getting $ly TV in the bar for the footie, and then my PC Tip of the Day regarding watching footie on line, well with a decent internet connection and pc in the bar connected to an LCD then it's a possibilty all for free, although a bit of a legal minefield bearing in mind the pubs up north that have been prosecuted for showing Premiership footy at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon albeit with a legit satellite card bought for another European provider that the FA have sold the rights to Internet streaming is another matter altogether and AFAIK no one has been bought to book over this A lot of it has to with are you using it to boost takings etc or is it just a private screening for a few select members Anyhow like I said it's a legal minefield Steve if you wish to delete this post please do so

Do you know how to fix laptops? Marlane has a button missing off her laptop. The y key, which is quite frustrating as it is a letter needed in every sentence ;D.

Can I suggest Marlane gets in touch with the manufacturer. I'm a bit dubious as to wether they would or could supply one letter depending on the age of the machine, it's more likely to be a new keyboard, even then it may not be cost effective Lappies are not my favourite thing to work on tbh I can do some digging if you can supply me the Make and Model no
