from the wimborne town web-site
"Wimborne Town's stars are hoping their names will be going into the history books, alongside the Cuthbury legends of '92, skipper Paul Roast claimed as the side prepare for Saturday's trip to Larkhall Athletic."
I'll give you a clue - it's in the first three words...

If it's in the first three words it must be that Wimborne should be spelt with a capital letter! Or is it "stars"?

I am assuming that article was not penned by Mr Alex Pike, the manager of that particular winning team, who was quoted in the Echo this week that none of the present Wessex League teams are capable of winning the Vase.

So being a middle table mediocre, makes them stars then?? Suggets they look at their actual League position, not where they think they should be. All extra few the gate are welcome, well at least the money is. Hope they notice the behaviour of our fans, compared to the antics up the road. COYD
