IT's looking more and more like we'll have to beat VT and NOT slip upourselves doesn't it?

I think they are out of it for this season now but good luck to them after we've said goodbye.

IT's looking more and more like we'll have to beat VT and NOT slip upourselves doesn't it? VT I feel are our main threat, yes we had the first half but before the game was abandoned in the second half they were battering us. They did the same last season at their place after we took the lead but fortunately we came away the winners.

Think we've been looking tired lately. This little break, may be just what we needed to rest injuries etc. Think we now know VT's game.

Agreed m3. I notice that our home game with VT is in April towards the end of the season. It would be interesting, and maybe take a few years off my life, if the re-arranged away game with VT was right at the end of the season and was decisive! I suppose it would be better if we were far enough ahead by then for it not to count BUT wouldn't it be great if we beat them in the last game of the season to win the league and get promotion?

Lets have the decider at our place Brian, if it comes to it and it's possible. I'm sure there would be a bumper gate. Sterte, I think we missed Stuart at VT, he's a big lad who's presence in the box unsettles teams, indeed he earnt us the penalty that took the points at VT last term.

m3, right as ever, they weren't that big or physical at the back. He'd do the business, especially on set pieces. Think that we'd to put somebody on their winger, their smaller, Ginger version of Gilly, Taff perhaps.......

Yep he's the little forward who came from Salisbury, fast and busy little player who gets involved in everything. In the first half our lads were all working hard for each other and we used the outlet/ delivery from the wings well, but in the second we went to sleep a bit and let them back into the game. I know the weather didn't help but it's the same for both teams.
