Can anyone explain why there is such an imbalance in the fixture schedule. Not just for Poole. There seems to be a lot of teams either playing a great deal more games at home than away and vice versa. Why is it not possible to even out the home/away fixtures throughout the season? Hamworthy have only played 6 league games, but Lymington 13.? Just wondering.

A few things going on.
Home / Away imbalances can be down to sharing facilities with cricket. Christchurch have a few weeks of away fixtures normally. Not sure why Moneyfields have played so few home games. We always seem to get lots of home fixtures at the beginning of the season, as if we are used to balance another club - or maybe the fixture secretary has other reasons for giving us a run of early home games?
Number of games played is often down to appearances (including replays) in the FA Cup and FA Vase. Hamworthy Utd have had a bit of a run in both. Lymington Town went out of the FA Cup early and are seeded to a later round in the Vase. There are also County Cups which can take priority over league fixtures.
Roll this up with a bit of bad weather causing random postponements and you do get some significant differences.

Also forgot to mention that we might have had three more away fixtures if we had lost our very first FA Cup game (i.e. Alton on 30/8, Hamble on 13/9, Brading on 27/9). So, given the fortnightly cycle of FA Cup rounds and a normal alternating home/away league schedule, things can look odd a couple of months in.
