First thing I'm presuming your running XP Start-Control Panel-Display-Settings Move the Screen Resolution slider up until you get something you're happy with I'm presuming you are using IE to view web content Does it not work when you click the button to the right of the volume control on the opening video screen? If not try right clicking the video to see what your options are If that's no good, get yourself Firefox browser, which is much quicker and more secure than IE and very customisable tinyurl.com/6a37ppAny tips you need about Firefox let me know

;DWhen you need a new pc Brian, let me know your budget and I'll knock you one up
3pc's, one lappie and a Mac in our house
One with Vista Two with XP Pro One with Ubuntu(It's free) and I've just started experimenting with it
The Mac is a G3 and has Osx but not switched it on in months, got it free from work, so I upgraded it a bit with more memory, better graphics and bigger hard drive
Tis just a hobby tho'

STFC....No it has nothing to do with the screen resolution,as it is no big deal im not that bothered, but could it have anything to do with a driver?
I have been taken some interest in your tip of the days, very good, just wish i could get me head round some of them, the you tube one was good, does that mean i can download any song or video to my pc? That does sound great if so.

Yep could be your drivers, any ideas what graphics card you've got in it?
As for youtube yep it means you can download anything to your pc
It will work with IE, just tried it again this morning

Just had three people all saying they were having problems with AVG. Apparently AVG are pushing people to pay for upgaded service. There are issues with alarms apparently, just ignore them is the advice I've been given.

:oNo one's asked me if I want to pay, yet. Pretty much all anti-virus issue false positives from time to time
However as I know where all the dubious stuff is on my pc, I have set AVG not to scan that folder
You can do this by opening AVG and selecting
Tools-Advanced Settings-Resident Shield-Exceptions Click Add Path and then set any folders you don't want or need to scan
