Is the next round still done on a regional basis? I'd be happy with an attractive home draw for you lot but, if not, something within reasonable distance would be nice.

I think it's still regional, I'd like Hamworthy at home

Yes that'd be a good game m3.
Hey! I've only just noticed but when did slepe become 'god'. How's it done slepe?

Sheer volume of posts!
I suspect Steve Bean can control the designations that are given to forum newbies (junior members) through to most experienced forum members (gods), but that we are currently using the defaults. On Newport IOW's forum, former players' names are used, presumably based on number of first team appearances?

I would like TRURO. At home. Good side, playing well and a measure of our improvement

I agree with Slepe. Having just moved back here from Cornwall, nothing would give me greater pleasure than putting one over our inbred ginger whingers from over the Tamar. Discussed an away trip there with M3 yesterday, a night out in Newquay can be ok, poor man's Bournemouth. The ground is not much better than ours despite their chairman's millions.

Bashley would be a good local clash against Southern Premier opposition.

This round is still drawn regionally and we fall into the SW grouping, if you go down to Tony Kempsters web site it tells you what teams in the SW are still left in the comp and what new leagues enter at this stage, (Step 3) we could get Dorch, or Tiverton poss Bash, but who cares as long as we are at home. the leagues we could probably draw currently have the following No of teams left, but we will all know in 59 Mins 33 Sec but whose counting?
Conference South CONFS 2 22 Southern Prem 11
Hellenic Prem 1
Wessex Prem 2 Western Prem 1
Southern 1 South&West 6

Well.. we could either get a nice easy game like Hammers and progress to next round.
Or get a money spinner - Wimbledon away. Dorch would be good too.
Up the Dolphins.

Although no game is easy, the more realistic home draws for the prize money would be good. Then go out to AFCW at their place, letting them have the headache of holding the game so all at Poole Town FC can relax and enjoy the moment. IF and it's a very big IF , because it would be a fantastic feat. IF Poole could make the 1st round proper what would be the best draw for the Dolphins ? AFCB away ? Leeds Utd away ? Leicester City away ?

AFCB away for you guys would be funny, we'd all welcome you with open arms! Don't think the crowd would be over 4k mind.
