It's good to see the player sponsorship list growing by the game but there still seems a few players without sponsors As TK and the club endeavour to supply us with the maximum entertainment for the season could we help raise enough on this forum to sponsor our 'Forum player' and put a few more bob into the players fund ? For those that are not familiar with player sponsorship and have not seen a programme, it costs 75 quid to sponsor a player's full kit. Can we get enough members, Fifteen, to put in a fiver each ? I'm willing to put the first fiver in and if we struggle to reach 15 members then I'll up it to a tenner. What do you guys think ? It's just an idea, no problem if it's a bad one ;D If it's a 'goer' I will get a contact name at the club to recieve payment. If we fall short of a 'Full kit' sponsorship here is a list of the following part kit sponsorship, Shirt £20 Right boot £20 Left boot £20 Shorts £10 Socks £5

When I arranged sponsorship for a player I rang 01202 674425 (number supplied in the programme) and asked for Chris Reeves. He promptly dealt with it and emailed Ian Claxton to sort the player out on the programme page, I then arranged to hand the cheque to Chris at the next home game. HTH

OK Ladies and Gentlemen, here are the four pages of players, those that are sponsored already are as follows, Luke Whitley Dave Sturgess Lamin Dibba Simon Browne Charlie Austin Sean Hogan Taffy Richardson Micky Hubbard Steve Smith Leigh Phillips Dick Thomas Stuart Brown We have four donations at this time, enough to sponsor a shirt. I'll leave the deal open till the weekend incase others are interested, hopefully we can sponsor a full kit for a 'Forum player'. Remember every little bit helps and it's possible along with the cup prize winnings, the extra cash can fund players to take us up and win some silverware. I'll leave it up to you guys who you want to sponsor, any ideas welcome. These photographs should also help keep the distant supporters in touch. As of Saturday's programme;

That takes the forum player fund to a max of £50. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Nearly there. Only £25 to go to sponsor a whole player. Noticed Stuart Brown has now been sponsored and takes sponsored players to 12 in total which leaves a few members of the first team, including - Gilly, Carl Poore, Jason Harvell and Jame Bailey Pearce plus other team members. With hard times upon us it's good to see we can still rustle up a little something to help out

Given m3 started this off, I'm happy to let him pick the player whose kit is sponsored by the forum - any objections? Thanks Doug, if there's no objections I would go for..... Difficult choice as all the players are giving everything, including the squad players waiting patiently. One player to impress me this season with his 'never say die' attitude and tremendous work rate is Gilly. So Kevin Gill would be my choice. Many Thanks.

No problems with me, who it is, but due to the mean defence we have this year perhaps we should throw in a winter warmer coat for Jason to keep him warm as he has not had much to do so far on these chilly nights
