I expect too see a changed team on Tuesday I think we need to make a few changes to involve the whole squad. Who should come in?? Sean Hogan, Michael White,Dave Sturgess, Leigh Philips,Jack Swann and Trevor Smith should start None of these players would weaken the team in anyway.

Is there a game this Tuesday, slepe ?
I think rotation will soon kick in already at this early stage of the season with the progression in the Cup we will have to catch up on two games, Alton and Hamble away. This should help Tommy with competition for places.

Brian and distant fans, this was taken from a recent programme. This should explain Tommy's view on how to create a successful team, he openly admits he will need to be ruthless to sort out the best players, 'survival of the fittest'. Fair play to him.

I think that we are very lucky to have Tom. A spot on attitude, especially when it comes to the supporters. Suprised nobody further up the pyramid has tried to get him from us.

I think that we are very lucky to have Tom. A spot on attitude, especially when it comes to the supporters. Suprised nobody further up the pyramid has tried to get him from us. From what I've read in the Poole Town FC History Tommy has a strong bond with the club, making his debut for the Dolphins at 16. Looking on at the club, there has been a lot of hard work by many to get the club back to where it is after it's 'fall', back in the 90's. The club seems to be working as a well oiled machine at the moment what with the hard work by the Chairman, directors, management team, girls in the bar and tea hut, ground staff which includes a lot of volunteers who literally put the ground away afterwards. Lets hope they get their just reward with some silverware this season and us supporters give them the necessary backing they deserve.
