Thats Constitution Hill. I was always a frequent visitor in the past, being in the American car scene, but after an absence of 2-3 years I've recently driven down to Poole the last couple of Sundays and taken in the Hill. The view seems even more spectacular and with between 5-20 American cars mainly from the 50's in attendance its a cracking place to be on a Sunday afternoon with a cold drink. Oh and the subject of PTFC arose, hopefully it might bring along the odd supporter.

I remember cars parked around near the viewpoint late at night! What's the name of the pub there?

I remember cars parked around near the viewpoint late at night! What's the name of the pub there? That'll be the Seaview, would it Brian. I don't visit the pub myself, it's too early. I partake as I did today from the cafe that overlooks Brownsea and Poole Harbour.

Yes that's it, 'The Seaview'. Thanks slepe12. I've never been in it either but I know men who have.

Brian, do you know the little lady behind the counter in the cafe?
She told me today she knows a handsome young chap from Morecambe, is there one? ;D

These digital Cameras aren't bad aye. The car belongs to one of the enthusiasts that collect there most sunday afternoons.

Another angle of the bay. It doesn't get much better than the viewpoint neutral. That's why we make for it at lunchtime. ;D
