I have just seen on facebook from Phil's wife that Phil is in hospital following a blackout and fall on Saturday. Let's hope they find what caused it and can treat him swiftly so he can come back to join the Poole Town family really soon.
We're all thinking of you Phil.
[ Below the message from Melissa :
Hi everyone. Just to let you all know Phil isn’t around st the moment as he’s in Poole Hospital. He had a blackout whilst working at the stadium on Saturday night which resulted in a bad fall straight into concrete. He had a nasty bang to the head and in very battered and bruised around his neck, shoulders and left arm. He has had several more blackouts whilst in hospital and is now being treated in the Coronary Care Unit. He is comfortable and I can hopefully share more news later. Many thanks xxx
Hi all yes phil took a funny turn at the greyhounds on sat night smashed his head onto the concrete floor as well as him neck back and shoulders, I wen to see him yesterday ( Sunday) he was in quite a bit of pain but was still in good spirits, after all I left though he had another funny turn in the ward to which the doctors decided to move him to coronary care ward to keep a close eye on him from now on, I know he’s being assessed today and may need a little op and il keep you updated from when I go see him later. Cheers Gray
