Going into tonights games it appears Charlie is in sixth position in the top scorers list recently published by the BBC. And that after an injury. He never ceases to make me proud of his previous efforts for our club and the way he as grasped his chances when they came.

I'm sure Charlie is destined for three lions

A transfer to a 'League of Greed' club would be nice for him, for us and for PTFC!

Has anyone noticed Charlie as the same squad number as Tevez! The significance is? Let's hope not Brian, as all he'll do is warm the bench most of the time. That's if he gets to sit on it at all. Is that really what you want for him? Most of em em don't have a very good track record when it comes to bringing young English talent through. I know I'm biased but at least he's getting first team football where he is. He would have a better chance going to a Championship club first, be that at Swindon or elsewhere

Okay stfc, you win! Whatever is best for Charlie is what we both want eh? Quite agree Brian. I would really hate to see him warming the bench somewhere, he's better than that Charlie is a natural goalscorer and will score where ever he goes. He leapt from non league obscurity and went straight to a league one squad. Scored 20 goals and hasn't stopped since. His next step is not anywhere near as big as the one he as already achieved. I can see why Danny Wilson wants to hang on to him, but it isn't going to happen.
