Have tried a few Fish & Chip shops locally since moving down here and lots of visitors always want to try Fish & Chips when they're here.
Where is best for a decent Fish supper??
Cheers.

Fishcakes on Tatnam Crescent is good. And if you like Chinese, MasterChef on Sterte Road is very good too :-)

Or if you are near Parkstone there is another chippie run by a Chinese family in Churchill Rd, just off Rossmore Rd. Really good fish and reasonable prices. Also an Indian just round the corner.

Paul & Nita at the Ocean near The Pilot on Adastral Road, Canford Heath. Their mushy peas are beautiful.

The Sterte family are also partial to the chips from the furthest stall on the right in the little square by Poole Pottery :-)

Also, a bit out of town but on the main road, is the chippie at West Howe, opposite Lidl. Sometimes get them from here if working late. Lovely fish.

the best one in poole has to be the chippy down lilliput TJ's Fish & Chips. then you can go and sit down by the chain ferry and eat them and watch the boats go by.

It's well worth a trip to Atkinson's on Albert Road for really good traditional fish and chips - unfortunately it's not in Poole.
