Does it ever shine in Morecambe? ? If you have to wear a Mac, you won't see the shirt ;D

Sunny weather here slepe12!! Morecambe has nearly 5 miles of prom with wonderful views of Morecambe Bay & the Lake District. It has sandy beaches, a statue of Eric Morecambe and the Midland Hotel. And it's affordable! You could have a very economical and relatively carbon-free holiday here. You should try it. I often get asked about my Dolphins hat and sweatshirt.

Now come on Brian. I heard the only place wetter than Morecambe was the Lake District ;D What we need is a photo of you in your shirt standing next to Eric Morecambe. On a sunny day of course That won't be too difficult will it?

You are awful slepe12! If I knew how to post a photo of me wearing my PTFC shirt and swiming trunks next to EM I'd do it. Fortunately I'm not very good at IT.

Morecambe is the Riviera of the North. A bit further than Manchester and Blackpool. I cycled along the 5 miles of promenade and back today in glorious sunshine wearing shorts and proudly displaying my PTFC shirt. Not as beautiful as Poole but nonetheless very attractive and a lot less expensive. And the 'Shrimps' are an example of what can be achieved by a well run (and a bit lucky at times) non-league outfit.
