Let's not beat about the bush. We all saw the potential in Abdulai, but not often enough. Too often knocked off the ball, often drifted out of a game. It seems that he has now left Weymouth and possibly returned to the Pro game after "three great seasons " at the Bob Lucas. Did they feed him tghree weetabix for breahfast or did we just give him cornflakes?

'Morecambe Dolphin' is my missus expat. She's good, but not that good. However, I'll see if I can find my last pair of boots, dubbin and linament. Getting to games might be a problem for us though! CO what remains of YD

Abdulai BAGGIE must have eaten a large number of Weetabix at his time at Weymouth as he played in nearly all the matches over a 3 year period 35 in 2019/20, the season before 43 matches and before that 30 matches so he was not just left on the bench! Best of luck to him at Eastleigh.

Baggie flourished during his time with us at Weymouth. Can't blame him for going full time at Eastleigh, but it's a shame we won't have him for our play off game(s) in July.

I didn't even know that there were play offs for the NLS. If that's the case there ought to be relegation from NLS as well. Not that it would make any difference to us. Can't begin to tell you how envious I am terrsdolphin but all the best of luck to you and the Terras.

Baggie leaving Weymouth is going to be a big loss. Over the three seasons he's been at the BLS he just seems to have got better and better. Probably our best player this season as well as top scorer (I think...). I'm quite surprised that he had dropped to Southern League level with Poole and Weymouth to be honest, having seen what he is capable of. I guess he just wasn't doing it regularly enough before. He should be playing higher, just a shame he won't be playing higher with Weymouth, if we go up.
How do you rate Dickson and Leslie-Smith out of interest ?

I guess with everything in football today it all relates back to money. Doesn't really matter at what standard you ply your trade. Dickson and Leslie-Smith are two excellent players and will make the Terras faithful sit up and take notice. With money tight at the club I would imagine that more emphasis will be placed on the club's young home grown players stepping up to the plate. If they turn out to be anywhere near the standard of those two lads then we will be spoilt.
