With our full blessing Paul Turner our Reserve Team manager and his management team are stepping down at the end of the season, to pursue the fantastic opportunity of taking over New Milton Town FC First Team. As a consequence of that, we have decided not to run with a Reserve Team for the 2020 / 21 season.
Our aim, is to ensure our relationship with Paul and his management team remains strong, and to build a bridge with New Milton Town FC. We believe that this will serve the best interests of both clubs, with potential loan or dual signings.
Chris Reeves is in discussions with Lou Fern (New Milton FC Chairman), to establish how this relationship can best be nurtured .
We would like to thank Paul, Lee Middleton and all of their team for all their hard work, commitment and quality of coaching they have brought to the club over the past several seasons, starting with our youth teams 8 years ago through to management of our Reserves side for a number of successful years. They will remain very much part of the Poole Town family and have been a joy to work with during their time with the Club.
Tom Killick has enjoyed an excellent relationship with Paul and Lee and looks forward to that relationship being built upon, to the advantage of both the Dolphins and New Milton.

That's a shame for us but a great opportunity for Paul and Lee. Hopefully they will take the nucleus of the Ressies with them to play in a better league standard than at present. Good luck guys.
