Final result was it 10-1, 11-1 or 12-1. Yeovil sent their youth side. Hopefully next Saturday Salisbury will provide more challenging opponents. Won't be there as I can't afford it. Apparently the Glovers 1st team were at home to Bristol City. That is why we got no adults in their side today. Once again proves preseason is purely about getting players back to full match fitness, fitting in new players & not much else. Really looking forward to the real test a fortnight today at Farnborough. COYD 🐬

Obviously delighted to see a 12-1score line to the Dolphins. Well done!!. But i cant really understand why we played a under 18s side when maybe a senior non league first eleven would have been a better work out. Looking at todays total miss match im pretty sure our own under 18s /reserve side would have prob got a decent result against todays young opposition. As mentioned the real season starts v Farnbourgh on the 10th and really looking foreward to a good season. COYD

There's just no pleasing some people. Yes the opposition were young & naive in a lot of their play but you can only beat what's in front of you. Let's ALL be positive. For once we saw a bucket load of good play from the Dolphins and a shed load of really good approach play, finished off with aplomb. I for one, left the ground very happy, not just because of the score, but also the manner in which, those in the red & white, set about the task in hand. Congratulations to T.K. and his management team for unearthing some really exciting trialists and potential new first team players. Now finish it off and ensure that this talent stays with us and doesn't slip away, to any of our rivals, as has happened in the past.

Absolute rip off . Yes we scored shed loads against schoolboys but this was no advertisement for those organising theses fixtures. Suggest to the club Secretary that Yeovil are now on the banned list for future seasons.

Suggest to the club Secretary that Yeovil are now on the banned list for future seasons. It says on the main website that Yeovil were going to bring development & youth players.
