Pippa.. Are you sure??? Previously one of the selling points for enhanced season tickets i.e.Gold, Silver etc., was that it gave free admission to ALL home matches, immaterial of nature, whether they be friendly, cup or league. This has been queried on more than one occasion and confirmed by Chris Reeves to be the case. I'm sure the club would not renege on this, just because of the status of the opponents, if they did, it would set a precedent should they be fortunate enough to draw a premiership club in the 3rd round of the F.A. cup.

I do believe we had the same discussion last season. When people ask about season tickets - I assume ( as in this case) that people are asking about their own season ticket. As I said last year - absolutely - you wonderful people who put your money up front and bought Gold and Bronze season tickets are special and are guaranteed entry to every game.

Thanks for calling us "wonderful" Pippa. I don't deserve it.
I must add that expat, as he nearly always does, has a point but I think that multi-illionaire ownership of PTFC would be a disaster - unless I win the Euro lottery of course!
I couldn't help noticing that expat bought a season ticket again this year. He must be the season ticket holder that lives furthest away from his home ground than anyone in the enitre world. It ought to be in the Gyuiness Book of Records!
