I have been unable to attend the last two home games (typical since we won both) due to work and illness.
But I have seen the pitch throughout January at other home games and it must have had another beating from the weather over the last 5 days.
For the stature of the club the work done by the ground staff is nothing less than miraculous. Even if heavy under foot it has kept together. I am really impressed and this is something the club should be immensely proud of.
The pitch must be extremely difficult to maintain and the staff are under great pressure to make sure games go ahead. I hope they are recognised for the work they put in. Keep it up!

Yes bravo 👏 to the groundsman/ground staff, pitch tonight was in excellent condition given all the rain we have had, the pitch is definitely a better playing surface this season, please keep up the good work.
