Thanks footballphysio. Impressive figures indeed. On this evidence it's surprising that Tom hasn't been head hunted from further up the 'food chain'. And thanks Tom.

Yes, good stats; Last season and this putting a bit of a drag on them though. given our recent results can we now have some action to retain our SLP status.

Good stats Football Physio.
I think the long term picture is worth remembering, and Tom has done very well over the years. His stats are amazingly good really.
If you take a dispassionate look at the league table, it suggests a season of not going up or down, and hopefully if that happens, Tom can try and re-group and re-build for another promotion push next year. I don't think we will be relegated - there are too many smaller and weaker teams below us, and conversely I can't see that we are big or strong enough to go up either.
Neither the attendances or the ground are up to a higher standard though, and I think the real battle is to get more people through the gates and get a ground that is worthy of the National League South or even the National League. No rich investor has ever turned up, which is amazing when you think of the money in the area, and a move upwards probably needs help from elsewhere and outside money - which is of course the hardest thing in the world to get and doesn't detract from the hard work of those at the club to push forward.
It is so easy to blame the manager and to forget how far Tom has taken the club - realistically given attendances, money and infrastructure, Poole are probably in the division that now you would expect them to be for a club of our size - but that doesn't mean that if investment happened, Poole couldn't rise right through to the National Premier League, or even the Football League proper. Look at the likes of Crawley, Forest Green and Morecambe and dare to dream.

Investment in the club is key moving forward, currently its coming from the fans, a small BOD and some sponsorship, the wealthy individual is keenly sought! Less injuries would really help too! On the ground question, I believe things are happening behind the scenes, I cannot name my source, but I’m led to believe things are happening, we will have to wait and see! A run of wins would help to reignite this season so COYD’s!
