Thanks steve - we’ve also got our twitter feed that shows through onto our website. Unfortunately we’ll have to wait for John to let me know how to paste a link to it here. You can see it from the home page of the website but have to scroll a long way to see it. It’s certainly worth a follow today with Marvin and a Jamie Whisken providing the updates. For some reason Weymouth prevented us from filming the game. The only club I know who have not allowed us to film. I’ll be interested to know the reasons why - they said we could film for our own ‘internal purpose’ but specifically NOT if we were then going to share it publicly. As long as they are consistent and they prevent every other club from filming, then I guess I can’t complain - but it’s annoying that this is one of the rare games that I don’t attend.

Looks like we are doing what we all ways do as according to Weymouth match thread we were the much better side in the first half and then we just turn off .

they said we could film for our own ‘internal purpose’ but specifically NOT if we were then going to share it publicly. This isn’t the first time I’ve come across this policy, it’s almost as if they think they are guarding the crown jewels. Amazingly it was quite common at youth level too (u15/u16). The kids were looking forward to seeing themselves playing, and the parents were supportive, but the coaches & management obviously had a different thought process.

On reflection, the disappointing thing is as it is with a few games, the best player for the opposition today was a player we let go. Do we shoot ourselves in the foot or is it just concidence? Despite that, chuffed with the result and the performance having been amongst muff fans throughout.

Baggie was very much like when he played for us, flattered to deceive. Only started playing, rather than falling over, once the award was announced over the PA. We all had a good laught when it was announced.

thought it was a great game today for the neutral such a good advert for non league football. relly well done from dolphins today thought. fought for every ball today. so proud of the spirt in this game and 2nd half against sailsbury .if can do this from now till the end of season im sure we will be in the mix. thought RWA sang their hearts out today. i was so susprized how quiet weymouth fans were conseridering how well they are doing and money the club (rumored ) to be spending.

The choice of MoM was by the match sponsor so was always going to be a Weymouth player to start with!! As John A has already stated all around us many Weymouth fans were surprised and amused at the choice, so don’t actually see the corolation and relevance to him being an ex Poole player, there are many teams who have some connection with ex players in most games, I liked Baggie when he was with us but I don’t think we are any better or worse with or without him, everyone has an opinion of players my MoM today was Will Spetch albeit lucky to be still on the pitch (Lol) followed closely by Cairney. But well done to everyone involved today
