Yes. They are showing it over here on Canada and the US. Personally I love to watch these matches although yesterdays Spurs vs Wolves had some excellent moments. Its the old story. the losing team needed a striker. Talkiong of which i see that chap Clarke scored two more for the Magpies

Shame. I'm guessing that will be a nice little earner for Haringey

Attendance is 3000 at the Haringey game, gate money split (45% each) with Wimbledon. Their first game in the tournament this season had 163 spectators.
TV revenue will be very substantial, but can't find out exactly how much. £50k each team?
With 25 mins left it's still 0-0.

Last minute goal to Wimbledon. They win tie.
BBC later states Haringey's cup run has earned them a total of £150K

I watched some of this and all the time I kept thinking, "If Gillie's shot had struck the base of the post just a millimetre to the left, it would have gone in and that would have been us …"
There was a certain irony in the fact that Wimbledon's winning goal included a lucky deflection that 'looped' past the Haringey 'keeper. "Not that much different to their winner against us," I thought.
Oh well, on to the Trophy and the play offs. COYD

On thing said during the coverage on BBC2 interred me. That is that some of the Haringey Borough players are on expenses only contracts. I think all contracts have not only to be lodged with the local FA & league that a club is playing in, but also with the Football Association. This is whether the player concerned in the Premier League or at Step 7 or below. These contracts have to state any salary/wages payable to that footballer. But come of it 'expenses only' is open to abuse unless they have to be declared with fully supporting evidence whether in paper form or electronically. Bet we wouldn't get away with it & I am not accusing Haringey Borough of doing anything wrong or illegal. Just seems to me they have found away of bending the rules. And I am all for that. But if you bend them to far they eventually either break or need tightening.
