I was pleased when paupers Pompey beat rich men Spurs and got to the final especially since I don't much care for Harry Redknap. I think it would be wonderful if Portsmouth went on to beat Chelski in the final! What do other people think?

Having been brought up in and having worked in the other Naval City, it's Chelski for me. Also, feel that Pompey have lived beyond their means to the disadvantage of other clubs, just my own opinion that's all.

Sorry Argyle got relegated sterte, I really mean that because I have a soft spot for all the 'country cousins' like PLymouth, Norwich (doing better now), Bristol and so on ......
I'll PM you about Saturday; okay?

Brian, they had it coming as soon as the former BOD decided they were no longer fans and wanted to make millions from their shares. My club has been PTFC since I moved back. Will ring you later in the week as have got a new mobile number :-)

Yes, you're right, the days when BODs put money into clubs seem to be long gone and we now have they and 'owners' milking football for all they can plus agents and other hangers on! Okay, look forward to your call, thanks pal.

QPR Fan. The worst away fans I ever saw at Loftus Road were for Portsmouth and ever since I have not liked them. However (sorry Parky) I cannot support Chelsea in any way.
4-3 Pompey
However, no EUROPA League! That place should go to the WPL champions!
The irony is that if Fulham win the Europa league and Chelsea lose to Pompey, and blow up in the title race then Chelsea will not even be the best team in Fulham! LOL
Worst Away/Home fans have to be Cardiff Just not a good word to say about them.
My boys and I would agree to that - and we live here. In fact a couple of lads my boy was at school with have banning orders! Some are good guys - most are very one eyed.

All gone very quiet on here. Pompey did themselves proud, but all hail the double winners 2009/10. COYB
