Wessex League Division 2, as far as I know.
Essentially, it's those clubs that we played in the Hampshire Premier plus a few clubs from the Dorset Premier and Blackfield & Langley. Other Hants League team with lights may also get in (e.g. Romsey Town)?
Some uncertainty remains as to whether both of VTFC and Hamworthy United will be promoted to Wessex 1, as Fleet Town have been provisionally relegated from the Southern League and Winchester City denied promotion. To further confuse things, the Wessex League may consider running a 24 team top division next season, in which case B&L may be spared relegation (and VTFC will go up).
If I get definitive news, I'll post an update.

I think there will still be a Hampshire League of some shape or form, but it will be made up of some existing Hampshire Div.2 clubs together with a few clubs from the Southampton Senior League and other local leagues in the area. I think it's fair to say that the Hampshire League as we know it will not exist any more, which is a shame. It's been a good home for Poole Town on more than one occasion.

Hampshire League Premier Division champions VT FC have finally moved into the new-look Sydenhams Wessex League.
The Boatmen's place in next season's Division One of the SWL was confirmed at Sunday's annual general meeting along with Dorset champions Hamworthy United, who are managed by former Wimborne Town FA Vase winner Alex Pike.
Massive restructuring of the non-League Pyramid sees the SWL line up with three divisions of 22 teams in August, instead of the one division last season.
The promotion of VT FC and Hamworthy United sees last season's bottom-placed club, Whitchurch United, and second-bottom Blackfield & Langley relegated into the new second division, which contains most of the old Hampshire Premier Division sides plus Dorset outfit Shaftesbury.
All clubs in Division Two have floodlights, whereas only Netley Central Sports have floodlighting in a 22-strong Division Three set-up, which will kick-off much earlier than most other leagues on August 7th.
The old Wessex Combination is now two divisions of 17 teams - split into East and West Divisions - while the old Hampshire League reserve sides without floodlights form a 14-club Combination Division.
The feeders to the new-look Wessex will be the Aldershot, Bournemouth, Dorset, Isle of Wight, North Hants, Portsmouth and Southampton Senior Leagues - plus the new Hampshire League 2004, should it be sanctioned.
Promotion and relegation from the SWL will be through individual leagues, subject to ground grading, and not via the Hampshire League 2004.
Sydenhams Wessex League Constitution 2004/2005:
Division 1: AFC Newbury, AFC Totton, Alton Town, Andover, BAT, Bemerton Heath Harlequins, Bournemouth Poppies, Brockenhurst, Christchurch, Cowes Sports, Downton, Fareham Town, Gosport Borough, Hamble ASSC, Hamworthy United, Lymington & New Milton, Moneyfields, Portland United, Thatcham Town, VT FC, Wimborne Town, Winchester City.
