We have a reserve side which is full of some of the best young players around. Also, when players come back after injuries they can improve their fitness in the reserve side before being put back into the senior side. We haven't had that option for a long time. Poole Town F.C Reserves also have one of the best managers in Kevin Jackson and the rest of his back room team. [C] The senior side is one of the stronger sides in depth that we have had for a few years although the striker situation is weak. We all know Tommy is in the process of correcting this situation. Although the results have not been favourable for the last few weeks, I feel that the above points should be taken into consideration and that in time they will pay dividends. Some of the supporters, including myself, do get frustrated at times but, in my opinion, the changes can only be good for the Club in the long term.Up the Town!!
