No more rain is forecast. So hopefully if correct, we have every chance. We didn't leave for WSM back in August until 10:30am. So don't understand why it needs to be so early.

Agree. Seems very strange to me that they are talking about a pitch inspection at 8.30am.Rain or no rain we have been in this situation before. Maybe we need at least another 4/5 days of dry weather for the pitch to be playable. Don't forget it's not just any ordinary pitch!!!!

We now have an automatic pump installed which is probably doing much to relieve the situation before it gets unmanageable.

Good call, remember everywhere is saturated and having just returned from Devon today and seen the amount of water around it's no surprise that a pitch inspection has been called...
