We have just had confirmation that the game scheduled to be at home vs Dorchester at 12.00 is being reversed so that we play them AWAY on Boxing Day - and they return to us for the HOME fixture on Easter Monday.
Chris Reeves has just confirmed that the pitch is much improved but with unpredictable forecast and if there were heavy rain prior to Boxing Day we would again face the risk of a postponement.
Any more news on this I will post as I receive it

Considering your cashflow problems I was just wondering if your board had thought about playing the game at Dorch on boxing Day as a home game. I don't know whether the league would have approved this or not but I for one as a DTFC CBS member would have been quite happy to turn up knowing that my admission money was going to your club(less match expenses). I'm sure both clubs could have come to a beneficial agreement over this. You could have had much needed income and we would still have retained our home game for later in the season.

How much would it cost the club to use Dorchesters ground? And would that eat into most of the profit from the game if there was any?
