Club need to reduce admission considering all the postponements and poor results , poor attendance yesterday this could be even temporary but also students having to pay full price £12 is not good Students with a valid ID are allowed in for the Concessionary rate of £8. As are all current serving members of HM Armed Forces, plus veterans of the same, again with valid ID. It also applies to all over 60s. Unaccompanied children are charged £5. If an adult is with the child it is only £1 as the adult pays the full £12. Unless of course the fall into one of the concession categories, when it would be £8 for them & £1 for the kid. Head on over to the club's website. Scroll down the home page & the club's admission prices are quite clearly set out.

Had a look on the Weymouth website. Their adult price is £14. So if we do go up, I should imagine that is what we would charge next season. Hope they aren't charging it for the DSC match on Tuesday though.

9Carbon emissions! Choirboy Simple Question Is this team as presently constituted capable of winning the SLS or coming out top in a Play Off situation? Yes. But their are about half a dozen teams fully capable of the same possibility & are fully working to that end. As for the other 16 teams anyone is still capable of putting in a run to provide an equally difficult team to beat. Look at Chesham United last season. And this season they are the team to beat. And seeing as how they lost away at the Met Police on Saturday, our trip to Buckinghamshire on Saturday has become even more difficult. So yes we do have what it takes to win the league or promotion through the play offs. But so do other teams. If we do fail to get promotion this season it won't be due to lack of effort be the lads on the pitch. They have all played well this season. Even those in poor form keep trying to get their mojo back. As for off the field, everyone is doing what they can to ensure the resources as you put it, but you really mean money, is there, to obtain what is ever needed. But we will not do what other clubs have done in the past & some continue to do & that is put ourselves in debt now. As that way penury awaits us in the future. And then it, despite the BOD's best efforts, to find us a new ground, fit for NLS & above, it could be Turlin Moor with jumpers for goalposts. I for one will be doing what I can. Supporting the team at matches. And when we lose won't come on here carping on & offering only bemoaning & destructive criticism. I will try to look for ways even in defeat, to be constructive in my observations, if I post any. Also at home matches, will stay behind and instead of having 1 pint before leaving & going to a pub, will have maybe 2 or 3 or until I am kicked out. As I know every £3 I spend at Tatnam goes to help the club achieve its aims both on & off the pitch. So as I said to you Expat come on over to Blighty & see our efforts for yourself. Then if you see something that we either aren't doing or could do better, I am sure Chris, Tom & the rest of us would listen to you & if you are right, take it on board & implement going forward. Me, I will continue get behind the lads at every match & .... COYD 🐬

Choirboy when will you learn!!!!!! Trying to reply to the Oracle on any subject regarding PTFC et al on this forum is pointless as many of us over the last few years have found out and now just don’t bother responding to their comments, take my advice read them, smile, yawn and move on.

An even better solution is to block him. The forum is a much better place without his 'pro terras' comments and I only get to see them when someone quotes him.

I try and ignore him. But occasionally I feel the need to explain the truth to him one more time, perhaps he will see the light. But I doubt it. As for blocking, that's a no. Need to keep an eye on the fifth column, so they know we are watching them.

I hold no candle for Weymouth but unless you wear blinkers it is obvious that they are going in one direction whilst we look to be going in the other. Fact. Three seasons ago we were in the NLS and they were in the SLP This season they are knocking on the door of the NL proper and we are struggling to maintain our spot in the SL promotion bracket We had over 1000 for the FA cup vs H and Y. Now we are struggling to get over 400 for a vital promotion clash; If that fact doesn't ring alarm bells then it should Please address the questions to the right quarters and dont shoot the messenger!! Up the Town! ...and i have been saying that as a PTFC fan since the mid 1950s!!

Yawn 🤐 All talk yakity yak & no action either from you. Any Expat would never shoot you. Wouldn't want to waste a bullet! Going to try to completely ignore you going forward, but sometimes I will have to counter your damaging retoric.

Sorry but I can't sit back and watch so called Poole Town fans attack another of their kind. Expat has proved his loyalty to this club over many many years, even when some of our now, self declared experts were nothing more than a twinkle in their father's eye. I don't agree with all his views but I do agree that he has earnt the right to express them. What his critics must learn to realise is that he, like I, can remember back to the times when this club was run on a sound financial footing, owned property and were able to attract high quality ex pro ( and international) players who were more than capable of still performing to a high level. The fact that the club are no longer in that position is unfortunately, down to previous mishandling and mismanagement by past club officials, who were not prudent in protecting the assets available to them. Don't attack those few remaining supporters who can still remember the good days, when Bournemouth was in Hampshire and Poole Town F.C. could justifiably declare to be the Pride of Dorset. Unfortunately, Choirboy I very much doubt that Expat or I will be still be around to see those glory days return, but you can rest assured we will never turn our backs on the club. How many of the current new breed of Poole Town supperter will be able to claim the same in their later years.
